Orders

Before giving us your samples, please make sure you do the following:


  1. Create an account (only 1 time).
  2. Fill out a Sample Request Form. Afterwards, we will send your invoice.
  3. Fill your samples: Make sure to provide us with the correct volume of sample for the requested analysis, and always fill your sample bottles to the top!
  4. Label your samples: Put your Member/Business Name on each sample bottle with the corresponding identification to your Sample Request Form.

    5. Reminder: We will wait to run your samples until we receive payment, unless a credit card is on file.

    Pick-Up: After receiving your order, we will come between the hours of 12 to 2 pm to pick-up your sample(s). Must notify us before 10 am for same day pick-up. This service will only be $10.*

    Doorstep Drop-Off: A cooler with an ice pack, 10 sample bottles, labels and a pen will be left outside your door. When you are ready, notify us and we will come back to retrieve your sample(s). This convenient option will only be $15.*
    *If your order is over $50 worth of analysis for a single purchase, pick-up is free from Sebastopol-Sonoma/ Healdsburg-Marin!
