We use Wave Accounting Inc. (“Wave”) to send invoices, payment reminders and as a method of payment by credit card.

Your data is stored through Wave’s data storage, databases and the general Wave application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Wave stores your credit card data. Wave implements encryption and security controls to protect against unauthorized access

to Personal Information during electronic transmission, and they train their employees to follow privacy and security practices. To ensure the security of your credit card data, Wave does not store credit card numbers. Instead, Wave relies on tokenization – a process of substituting sensitive data with a unique identification code. Card data is encrypted and exchanged directly from the browser to Wave’s payments processor, who then returns a token. Wave makes use of these tokens to facilitate the payments process.
